Contest Terms and Conditions

• 1. General Provisions

1. The organiser of the competition is Mleczko Delikatesy Ltd., hereinafter referred to as „the Organiser”.
2. The competition runs from 30th January 2025 to 1^st February 2025, until 11:59 PM.
3. The competition takes place on the official Mleczko Delikatesy Facebook page.
4. Participation in the competition is only available to individuals residing in the United Kingdom (UK), who are aged 18 or over.

• 2. Eligibility

1. Participants must be individuals aged 18 or over, have a Facebook profile, and reside in the United Kingdom (UK).
2. Participation in the competition is free and voluntary.
3. To enter the contest, participants must post a comment under the contest post answering the question: ” If you could create the perfect cosmetics set, available in our offer or on the website www.natashacosmetics.com would you choose and why? Explain your choice and win
4. Only the first comment posted by each participant will be considered. Edited or duplicate comments will not be taken into account.
5. Employees of Mleczko Delikatesy Ltd. and Natasha Cosmetics are excluded from the competition.

• 3. Competition Rules

1. The contest task is to answer the question: ” If you could create the perfect cosmetics set, available in our offer or on the website www.natashacosmetics.com would you choose and why? Explain your choice and win!”in a comment under the contest post.
2. Comments must be submitted between 30th January 2025 and 1^st February 2025, until 11:59 PM.
3. The Organiser will delegate the necessary data to a Competition Jury appointed by the Organiser for selecting the winners.
4. Among all entries, the Organiser will select 2 most creating answer, which will be announced on 3rd February 2025.

• 4. Prizes

1. The prize in the competition is 2 Natasha Cosmetics PAESE cosmetic sets.
2. Each winner will receive one cosmetic set.
3. The prizes cannot be exchanged for monetary equivalents or other benefits.

• 5. Winner Selection and Prize Collection

1. Winners will be announced in a comment under the contest post and will be notified via private message on Facebook.
2. Prizes must be collected in person at the selected Mleczko Delikatesy store.

• 6. Personal Data Processing

1. Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and awarding prizes. By participating in the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for these purposes.
2. The data controller is the Organiser. The data will be stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws and GDPR.

• 7. Final Provisions

1. The Organiser reserves the right to change the competition rules during its course only in justified cases, such as changes in the law, technical issues, or other circumstances that may affect the smooth running of the competition. Any changes will be announced in advance on the official Mleczko Delikatesy Facebook page.
2. Any disputes related to the competition will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered office.
3. In the event of technical problems or other circumstances preventing the competition from being conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition.
4. It is prohibited to post comments that violate any applicable laws or good customs. The publication of offensive language, content inciting racial, ethnic, or religious hatred, pornographic material, or content promoting fascism, Nazism, communism, violence, or insulting religious feelings, or violating the rights of others, is strictly forbidden.
