Hanwell delicatessen is the second oldest store of the Mleczko chain created 20 years ago and they are already 15 years old. The store enjoys recognition among customers who have been using its offer for many years. What makes Mleczko develop steadily for two decades and constantly expand the group of regular customers? The owners of the company take great care to ensure that quality and reliability are a permanent element of their business. In the 2015 consumer survey, 50% of respondents rated the quality of our products as excellent, another 43.5% as very good. Most of the people questioned also described the store service as always helpful and polite, which is extremely important, because about 80% of Mleczko customers come here at least once, and even 3 or more times a week. Definitely, one of the most liked, helpful and professional employees of the Mleczko Hanwell store is Mr. Zbyszek from the meat department. Mr. Zbyszek has been working here for many years as a butcher and it is safe to say that he meets the individual wishes of customers. If someone has special requirements for meat from the company slaughterhouse \u2013 just come, set your expectations with him, and then pick up the ordered products. The Mleczko chain, as Monika Sztajerowska, who has been working in the company for 9 years, including 1.5 years as An Area Manager, emphasizes, stands out from the competition in this respect. We are very flexible in terms of meeting customer expectations, even unique ones. We always listen to their needs and try to match their wishes. Every customer who comes to us with individual requirements and would like to get products for a special order, treated with understanding and we try to meet his expectations.<\/p>\n
